Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed in E-2 Grade as Management Trainees during training. The salary details are as follows:

After successful training, candidates will be promoted to E-3 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.

Selection Process

Online Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- This will assess subject knowledge and general aptitude.
Document Verification (DV):

The Computer-Based Test (CBT) consists of two papers:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
For Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA is required.
